Four ways to order - Online, by Mail, Phone or Fax

Online: Click on the links to go to the price lists. Enter in the desired quantity of each item in the quantity column, then click on the add to Shopping Cart button when selections are complete on that page. The shopping cart will keep track of purchases. Go back as many times as desired to the different pages to make purchases. When finished shopping, click on check out now button, put in your zip code and select your shipping option. Be sure to click on the red calculate button and then the cart will tell you the cost for the different shipping options. When you are through selecting your shipping then select method of purchase: Pay with Credit Card Online, Pay with Check/Money order. You may fax in the order with credit card information included on your check/money order option. All orders submitted online are through a secure transmission. Follow through with the directions given to complete your order.

By Mail:Click on the links to go to the price lists. Follow the directions for online ordering. When selections are complete go to check out and click on the Order through Postal Mail and complete the form. Click the Process Your Order button, which will fill out the form with your order ready to print - order will only be shipped when payment is received by mail or faxed with credit card information. By Fax: Click on the links to go to the price lists. Follow the directions for online ordering. Go to check out and click on the Pay with Check/Money order and fill out the form. Click the Process Your Order button, which will fill out the form with your order ready to print. Print form and fax with credit card information including the security code and expiration date to: 1-801-820-9123.

Orders normally ship within 24 hours Monday thru Friday.

Orders placed after 11:00 am Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday, with the exception for holidays and out of stock items. We will hold the order for out of stock items a day or two while waiting for product.

UPS Overnight and 2 day delivery is not delivered on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. UPS Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. 2 day air shipped on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday. 2nd Day orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. All of this is with the exception for holidays that will delay deliveries by another day.

Express Mail is overnight to most areas and delivers on Saturday and Sunday. Please check with your post office if your address is a one day or two day area.

Unopened bottles can be returned up to 30 days from the shipping date, for either an exchange, or refund less 15% restocking fee.  Bulk packaged herbs are not able to be returned due to manufacturer policy.  Please include this invoice with any returns.
